Once you’ve found the ideal home and your offer has been accepted, we will arrange to send through to you our referencing application form to complete.

This will mean that checks such as proof of residency, proof of I.D, proof of income and employment and credit checks will be carried out on you.

Once you have passed the referencing process, we will start preparing the tenancy agreement and arranging your 'move-in' day.
